Sorry, at this time we only sell and ship within the 48 contiguous States. We ship by UPS ground or comparable Fedex service which usually means 3 to 5 days shipping time to most locations in the United States. Please remember that shipping days are business days, i.e., Saturdays, Sundays, and Holidays do not count. Return PolicyTeeTime Golf Cars will accept your return or exchange within 30 days of your sale date with prior authorization. All returns must have a Return Authorization Number (RA#). Please be aware that shipping and handling fees are not refundable and all returns are subject to a minimum 15% restocking fee unless the return is due to our error or is a defective item. TeeTime Golf Cars can not be responsible for any labor expenses that occur from the installation of any wrong or defective part. In addition, electric or electronic parts are not eligible for return. All return merchandise must be in new condition and returned securely in the original packing along with all applicable printed material. We suggest you use UPS ground service or comparable Fedex service. Sorry, we cannot accept COD or freight collect shipments. To cancel an order you have placed with TeeTime Golf Cars, you must contact customer support by email or by phone (1-386-615-1980). Every effort will be made to accommodate the cancellation of your order as long as it has not yet shipped. When contacting customer support to cancel an order, please provide us your name, the order number, and your contact information. Please be aware that if the item has shipped, the order cannot be canceled. In this case, you can request to return the item for a refund (minus shipping costs).
