Car Conversion
Used golf cars converted to Refurbished golf cars

We follow an extensive process to convert a used golf car to a TeeTime Refurbished golf car. We begin by removing the entire body, both the front cowl and rear body. Then we thoroughly clean the frame by pressure washing, hand clean and removing of any rust and corrosion. The frame is then coated with a rustoleum product, let dry and then painted with a super bond paint to seal it against rust and corrosion. In addition, all body parts such as rocker panels, floor mats, bumpers, dash panels, windshield frame, rear roof struts, etc. are cleaned and painted. Any part that is too scratched or damaged to be reused is replaced, including seat covers. We never sell a Refurbished golf car with tears, cuts or cigarette burns in the seat covers. The front cowl and rear body is cleaned and reused on the same golf cart that it was removed from unless it is too badly damaged. In which case, it is replaced with another used body. Of course, you have the option of purchasing a new body.
